Is there a clear overview of what players need to meet in order to reach their full PA?
I’ve read that Determination and Ambition need to be at least 12, while Professionalism should be at least 15. Ideally, you also want as low an Injury Proneness as possible.
I’m playing as Ajax and have top-level facilities and coaches, yet I almost never manage to get a player to reach their full PA. This also happens when I use training schedules specifically focused on maximizing PA growth.
Is there something else I’m missing or should be taking into account?
Hello guys, Back to playing FM24. Does anyone know how to play with a good database setup in FM24. In the past when I started a save the transferactivities were very low. I'm looking for a way to play the game, with lots of transfers and talents.
