Hi I have a few questions regarding training.
1. Would you use the same training schedules for pre season? So no team bonding, tactical training or set piece training?
2. You automatically get super rest after 3x rest. Does 1x travel, 2x rest do the same?
3. How do you use training units/mentoring for youth players? And if you use this, at what poin do you promote your youth players?
