The evolution of the tactic continues. Shout outs to ZaZ and Baz.
With the original idea of having a flat 5 attack and very compact banked defensive shape I have looked to evolve to create a more stable transition phase. To do this when defending the WMF's move forward and become TW's in AML/R positions. The CM moves forward into AM. This should hopefully lend a hand to a quicker transition going forward and less running by the wide players and the central midfielder. The attack also changes I have pushed the SS forward to become a P. The thinking here is that if we are to play counter it would be more beneficial to have a play always right on the line ready to get in behind at any moment. The CHM's change to FR, this is to have them running a little less and looking to find space where ever it is available. Marking two players who can go where ever they please in a side that looks to get the ball forward fast is hard to stop and can drag players out of position easily.
I have used multiple teams to test this one with some very promising results; Liverpool won the league scoring 141 goals with a 111 GD and 94pts. They won the FA Cup and the Community Shield, reaching the final of Champions League and Carabao Cup Everton came 4th and won the Carabao Cup Leeds came 3rd and reached the FA cup final Tottenham won the league, the Carabao Cup and the UEFA Super Cup Wolves came 12th and won the FA cup Sporting won the league scoring 130 goals with a 102 GD. They also won the League Cup and Super Cup
This formation is a combination of Underlined W and Double Flat 5 Bank.
The attack from Double Flat with the defence from Underlined W. The result is crazy!
Liverpool win everything on offer. Premier League win with 104pts, scoring 121 goals and a GD of +99. All cups on offer were won, Community Shield, Carabao Cup, FA Cup and the Champions League. A ridiculously strong season overall.

Offensively the team will shape differently as both wingback change from AWB to IWB. Holding centrally in midfield rather than getting down the flanks to add more stability against a counter. Both OCB become BCB to pack middle of the pitch with options. The old BCB becomes a ACB to press forward and become an additional attacker.
Defensively the team is still looking to take away space in the middle of the pitch but will do so now by having players in between the bank lines that were there before. Two of the CM drop back and become WDM helping fill the space between the lines and to help shuffle the opposition out wide. Both FB become PFB to hound the ball when the opposition are forced out towards the corners. The centre CB becomes a SCB helping reduce space between the line. The wider CB's become CCB and become the effective last line.

Fulham came 4th in the league and were runners up in both the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup. England won the World Cup.
