Four subs in halftime? Why that?
@ZaZ What would you say is the order of importance of the positions? The most important positions in the tactic? Can you give me an order so I can decide which position to choose the best player for first?
LightningFlik said: You've already inspired me to create my own. I wrote some C code which reads the memory of Football Manager while it's running and serves it via a local web-server to the browser. The browser renders the currently-viewed player, a summary of all player's in your squads (and their role ratings), and I'm adding player search too (so far I've only added a wonderkid finder, because it doesn't need any input form elements configuring).

It's Linux only at the moment, but I imagine the memory addresses of various elements are the same in Windows (given how Proton works).

(You can spot the vibe-coded UI a mile away because writing CSS is the least interesting part of this for me, but all the C code to read data from memory and _all_ the investigations in to mapping the game's internals was done personally).

Wow! @LightningFlik If you get a Windows version soon, please share it with us!
@Possebrew Hello, my friend! How are you? Excellent update. The Portuguese language is already loading better, but the position reading is still not 100%.
Here's an example, the player Massimo Fillipini. With the data in English, he appears as an option. With the data in Portuguese, he doesn't appear.
Possebrew said: That upload was very helpful, it helped me find a lot of bugs. The benefit of using real data vs synthetic data :)

The interim formula also seems to not be as OK as I had expected, had to redo the aggregation and all that. It wasn't wrong per se, but it was causing the Core4 Attributes (Acc, Pac, Jum, Dri) to have an even bigger impact on the final score than they already have.

So the overall scores might be a bit lower than before, and will favor all-rounders more.

I haven't fixed all the bugs yet, but I should have a release available this weekend.

Thank you!

Awesome! Tks for the reply and congrats for built this!

Squad or Player Database?
By any chance, in the Data Analysis tab, do you see Position "Unknown" for some players?

I ask, because I updated the view in FM26 yesterday.
The old "Player Database" view, used the column "Best Position", instead of "Position", so it wasn't converted correctly.

If so, you can either redownload the view from the page, or manually right-click & replace the column "Melhor Pos" with "Informações Gerais" -> "Posição"

I'm using the new view (Fm 26), but nothing has changed. The positions appear normally in the data lab, but only six players are shown in the tactics setup. I also tried adding them manually, but there's no option.

Possebrew said: What specifically did not work?

The program loads only some positions in the tactics section (team builder) and leaves others blank, even though all players have been loaded.
@Possebrew  Could you check the app's internationalization? The data in Portuguese is not loading correctly.
@Exell can i use zaz set pieces or do you suggest yours?
@ZaZ What do you suggest doing when the team is losing and needs a goal in the last 15 or 20 minutes?
ZaZ said: No, I use automatic training intensity to ensure players rest after they participate in matches, and do double training when condition is full. It appears normal because FM26 UI is awful. You can try to change it to automatic yourself there, and you will see it will return to normal on its own. I just avoid touching individual player intensity.

There is a discussion about training with people much more qualified than me to talk about it.

What I do is to set just Rebalance during early years, which means one physical session per week. That ensures they increase Pace and Acceleration without compromising their potential attributes.

I will see what I can do about it.

P.S.: I added two player filters to the initial post, one more generic to be used in the initial steps of scouting (or in lower leagues), and one to find more elite players.

YOU ARE THE CHOOSEN ONE!!! hahaha tks!
ZaZ said: It is in the first post.

Yeah, AMC goes down first.

That part is specifically for attributes, but you also need to check things like transfer cost and wages, hidden attributes like professionalism, dirtiness and injury proneness (usually you can get an idea in the report card), and you can also try to guesstimate their PA based on age, growth and staff opinions.

@ZaZ It's now possible to save player search filters. Could you create a filter for us? Position by position? If so, that would be a great help!
ZaZ said: I don't understand chinese, and I am just answering his question. I understand that there are people more qualified than me to answer, but I wanted to tell what I would do in the same situation.

What I took from the tables is that from values 1-6, the attributes that make the most difference are, in order, Work Rate, Pace, Acceleration, Agility and Concentration (with Stamina shortly after). Therefore, I never hire a player with less than 6 in those attributes.

From values 6-10, only Pace and Acceleration remain relevant from those attributes, and from 10-18, Jumping Reach starts shining together with Pace and Acceleration.

Since he says he plays with weaker teams and limited money, I pointed out the attributes I would focus to grab the best value for the money. I will edit the post to make clear that I mean at least 6 in those secondary attributes, and include Stamina among them.

And how do you decide which player to sign? How do you differentiate by position? Or do you just apply that filter you mentioned, choose the position, and sign the first player that appears?
ZaZ said: As long as you use each for half the season, it is fine. You can use one month each, or alternate every week. You can see an example below.

tks
@ZaZ Can you explain more about the training sessions? I didn't understood well... Rebalance on firts 6 months? or another?

Its possible to give a example with wed-sat calendar?
And how about the player atributtes? pace and aceleration the most important? training and team talks, with AM? Can you share this?
Awesome tactic!

@A Smile wich positions do you think are the key for this tactic?

Tks and congrats!
ZaZ said: I usually pick the one I think is the best for each position. You can use the squad planner feature to know exactly which options you have for each position, like who is the first option, second and third.

But, what do you look for each position?
How do you choose your firts XI ? Can you explain? I always use quick pick, but i know that its not the correct thing to do. @ZaZ
