I take no credit for this tactic, all I have done is change the mentality and changed a few individual roles/mentalities. Just thought the results I achieved warranted sharing it, might interest someone.
Team Mentality Positive > Attacking Target Forward > Complete Forward Inside Forward Support > Inside Forward Attack Inverted Winger Attack > Inside Forward Attack Roaming Playmaker Support > Central Midfielder Attack Both Full Backs Support > Full Back Attack

An attacking 4123 formation with the emphasis on quick attacking play, possession means nothing if you cant score the goals!!
Slight tweak, changed Inside Forwards to Inverted Wingers to get them to cross more.
I'd say your tactic has almost nothing common with RDF's tactic after your changes, it just use some of the TIs from his tactic.
Didn't want to take too much credit, I know how touchy some can be about things like that
Thanks for the help.
Credit goes to RDF Tactics
Original tactic: https://www.rdftactics.com/post/invincible-4-3-3-erik-ten-hag-tactical-analysis-fm22-tactic
Changes from Original Tactic:
Team Mentality Positive > Attacking
Target Forward > Complete Forward
Inside Forward Support > Inside Forward Attack
Inverted Winger Attack > Inside Forward Attack
Roaming Playmaker Support > Central Midfielder Attack
Both Full Backs Support > Full Back Attack
Working wonders for me
In my opinion 442 can include aml/amr
Can't see it improving 87% win rate by much. Prefer 442 as well.
