Strikers scoring like crazy especially if they are tall like Lucca Onuacho Milan Djuric Esposito etc... Also midfielders and full backs are secret goal weapons. Give it a go you won't disappoint.
I remember there was a player partnership section in the pre-game editor. You can choose the right team for this tactic, maximize the players' partnerships, and start the season with 100% chemistry, unless you want to waste time waiting for your players' chemistry to improve over time.

Absolutely. I tried 3-4-1-2 & 3-5-2 with elite and poor teams and they never disappointed me. Weirdly, I struggled every time when I play with 4-2-4. Can I really trust you FM Arena? I also do believe results are very different when you play the game and simulate via instant result or holiday.
I used no training and quickness focus method with some lower league scottish team and won ucl 4 times and dominated scottish league and trophies. Literally every player have the pace higher than 18 and so many of them have 20 pace. This is such a legendary method. Now I'm resigned at that club and move to Lincoln Red Imps from Gibraltar. I'm gonna use this there and let's see if I can bring the UCL to Gibraltar lol I also planning to after making world class players then I will manage the national team and try to win the EURO and World Cup. Taller players works lige magic in striker position. I got Milan Duric in Parma save and he scored more than 50 goals in the season half of them corners, others are almost all of headers. There was Yoan Bony to next to him and he didn't perform not even half of Duric.
Hello guys I found this tactic on forum and I couldn't believe how effective this is on possession and defensively. Can you guys please test this? I believe that we can see the best defensive results with this one. I'm using this tactic on my save for late in the game to keep clean sheet or like in Champions League second leg to hold the lead. I saw higher than %90 possession on many games if I use it the whole game. Even for the last 10 15 minutes, my possession generally around %45 or so and in such short time with this tactic it go up %60. Unbelieveble tactic. But seriously if you thinking you can win the league or even win the games with only using this you are extremely wrong. Use a solid tactic and use this later. It's not gonna get you goals... or even a goal! But it gives you the power the kill the game. Please test this I wonder the results. Thank you already and have a nice day to everyone
Same. The only thing you can do is sign tall strikers and put one of them to the near post in corners. It helps. I think lately in FM tall strikers do WAY BETTER than pacey little guys. Especially with the crosses your tall strikers do wonders. Sign Lorenzo Lucca, Onuachu and Milan Duric

Sometimes I struggle with near post corners because of extra defender in near side always ruining the day so I wanted to change to far post and I couldn't believe how empty my player there. Only one marker with him and if you have players like Lorenzo Lucca, Onuachu, Milan Djruic or Vedat Muriqi, Isaak Toure etc... You gonna have some fun for sure
