when I click 'pick team' the stupid game changes the tactic, it moves the right CHF to behind my ST, and also changes his defence roles..

There are so many bugs in this game it could be used on I'm a celebrity get me out of here!
I would report it as yet another bug.

Try saving under new name before pick.

If tactics are not importing have you tried changing the name. FM26 is very sensitive to names!
