100% there is always going to be better tactics all the time mate, I just enjoyed the results I got with this one so thought I'd share it and had quite a lot of people say it's done well, but hey-ho it's not going to work 100% for everyone like pretty much all tactics out there 😊
hamsikarmino said: Would love you to post the squad view for both Liverpool and Bayern for the end of season. Wanna see the top performers and the Volante on Attack specifically. Seems like he is getting a lot of joy on this tactic.

Hello mate, I shall try and get some screenshots for you but I think I have deleted that test game haha, I had Goretzka and Fabinho as the volantes and they got about 15 goals on average and chipping in with double figure assists too 😊
keithb said: Hey fantastic write-up of your tactic, it deservers some testing for that alone! Nice results too.

Could you tell us which player played where for Liverpool for example, was Salah an IF or the AF? Or post a screenshot in the OP of the Bayern and Livepool teams on the tactics page with each position picked?

Ps All set pieces look great!! Your throw ins are what ive been tring, but failing, to make.

Thanks mate I appreciate the kind words 👍 🙏

For the Liverpool save I had Salah as the right-sided inside forward and had either Nunez or Firmino up-top. Even still with salah on the right side he tends to score the most goals in the team typically ahead of the striker too 😂👍
UPDATE: Ran 15 team test and will post the tables here before going into detail later...

Suprisingly the only team that didnt really perform was Everton who seemed to struggle this time around but some great results will go into detail later.

Teams used:

Westham-Wolves-Everton
Barcelona-Espanyol-Valencia
Roma-Atalanta-Sassoulo
Bayern-Wolfsburg-Leverkusern
PSG-Nice-Strasbourg
Hello everybody :)

In this thread i shall be uploading tactics that i have had success with and hope to help others with the success they give me.

Here is the first tactic i have created which utilises a roaming playmaker, segundo volante and a central midfielder. My first thoughts on using a roaming playmaker in the DM slot was that maybe it would leave me too exposed in the central area once the CM and SV have pushed up but i actually found that it performed quite well. Having a player in this slot with PPMs such as "Stays back at all times", "Comes deep to get ball" seems to help the player pick up some good positions whilst not venturing too far forward. if you do seem to have some diffuclty yourself with this position, switching to a DM could help you in some cases but i tend to leave it as a roaming playmaker.

The term infusion has been chosen because i have found that with most teams i have used to test, i have been towards the top end with possession usually around 55% whilst still bieng at the top or in the top 2 of "Most shots"and "Most dribbles" so it is sort of balanced between possesion and attacking simultaneously.

Here i have attached some screenshots of various tests and i am in no way claiming that this will work with every team but i did have a very strange turn out when i used Fulham who had just been promoted.

(upon writing this i have noticed that some of my screenshots are not showing up in my folder in which is regarding fulham, somehow i mamaged to win the league in the first season with only a plus 30 GD which reminded me of the Leicester season as everbody seemed to be taking points of the usual top 6 leaving me a gap to somehow sneak in and win . I will search to try find these images but if not i shall run more tests to see if i can achive this with them again,

Screens below usuing the typcal top teams.......

For the Bayern test i used a database editor which allowed me to start the season in 2022 hence why the end of season is 2023. the best goals per game and the lowest conceded per game is a balance i dont usually seem to achive in the past as usually once you score soo many, it comes with some defensive risk of conceding but not which this tactic. I know most tactics with do well with Bayern and Liverpool but i wanted to show what the tactic can achieve once you have a top team first.

I have achived a few second places with everton, sassoulo, valencia, west ham, leicester, leverkusern the suprising fulham league win but unfortunately i cannot locate the screenshots, therefore i am going to be running a few more big tests with multiple teams including middle table teams aswell to generate some more screenshots.

I just wanted to get the tactic uploaded and posted for people to try for themselves as i know it can be improved. also, i dont have the time at the moment to do full playthroughs due to work commitments therefore all tests are holidayed so the results can be far better once controlled by yourself.

Once i have ran the next few tests i shall update this thread with the results :)

Give it a try mate see how it fairs for you, it seems to cause chaos up top haha :D
Yeah mate will do now, just realised i forgot to mention the changes to the tactic too so i will update the bio :)
Hello everyone,

Here i have a modified version of the ZaZ Blue 4.0 tactic that seems to be doing really really well for me. I have tested it with some big, medium and small teams and majority of the teams did really well and overachieved with a few by a big margain.

Firstly i will note down where some of the teams finished and then i shall attach screnshots of results and team statistics.

ELITE TEAMS-

Liverpool 1st  (143 league goals 50 by salah in the league 71 all comps)
Real Madrid 1st
Bayern Munich 2nd (Winners of the champions league)

MEDIUM TEAMS

West Ham 9th (Probably the only team that didnt do as well as expected)
Atalanta 1st (99 Points, Musso 23 clean sheets in league)
Sociedad 5th (1 Point of 3rd, 97 league goals scored)
Napoli 4th

UNDERDOGS

Wolfsburg 3rd
Strasbourg 1ST!!!! (overthrowing PSG with 122 goals scored and best goal differnce)
Angers 5th (scoring 107 league goals in the process)

My opinion is that this tactic definatlely works for Elite level teams without a doubt but the shock has to be strasbourg winning the league. West ham also reached the semi finals of each cup possible apart from the europ league which was a quarter final knockout.

With some better defenders than some teams have here and actually playing the games and not holiday simming im sure this tactic could do alot better also as most tactics.

THE CHANGEs I MADE;

Swapped the Wingers for two extra Shadow strikers and introduced a few player instructions.
Changed some player instrutions on the false 9, they also had shoot less often as did the shadow striker so these have all been removed as we want as many goals as we can haha, also lowered the passing shortness by 1 notch too to minimise wastefull long balls that happened on occasion. Also added distribute quickly on the goalkeeper distribution as i want a fast paced release.

Kind regards :)

Thanks mate, im a bit dissapointed with the rating it has achieved only with a 4.8 but i personally know it works wonders for me but unfortunately it doesnt look well suited for the testing procedure haha, ah well i will keep working on it :)
This is how the tactic lines up :)
Hello Everyone,

Here is my first go at my own tactic striving away from the Hybrid tactics. However, i will state from the go, the actual tactic is my own but i have included the set pieces from one of the ZaZ tactics as i felt i had no idea how to set my set pieces up effectively, not even the near post OP would work for me so i included them in the tactic.

I went for a standard 4-5-1 as a base because with 1 CM on attack duty (who thrives in this role btw) i needed an extra player in the DM position also with the fullbacks on support duty they venture forward when the time is right in order to provide width with the IF's cutting inside. I took notice on some tactics on here utilizing a very attacking mentality but this was causing my players to fall of the hill as the game went on so i decided on attacking instead with a slightly lower intensity.

As you will see from the screenshots below the tactic did well across many leagues. League wins for Real Sociedad, Juventus, Sporting, Norwich and wolves fininshing inside the top 7, League win for Bourenmouth with middlesbrough also tested finishing in second, an obvious win for PSG with Messi scoring over 40 goals from CM position.

As with most tactics the stronger your team is the less you will concede this is why Wolves and Norwich in partcular conceded alot of goals but also scoring many too.  I also did seperate tests with Manchester United and PSG and both won every tournement they entered (which isnt exactly hard but worth noting anyway) :)

- I opted for fullbacks on support as i felt wingbacks where leaving the team more open defensively but is still wanted some attacking threat which lead me to using two fullbacks on support

- BBM, CM and DLP combination seemed the most effective for me and the CM on attack duty will act similar to that of an AP in the AM position as he will pick the ball up and drive forward (this is why Messi did so well)

- I wanted the goals to not just come from the striker so the CM and Inside forwards all have shoot more often to get themselves amongst the goal contributions.

- With playing a pressing game i opted for a Sweeper Keeper on attack as he needs to be prepared for any long balls over the defence.

- I also intalled the tigher marking instruction on all my players because i want to cut off the passing lanes for the opponent forcing them to go long.

- If you are a goal or two up and want to solidify the tactic i reccomend putting the DLP on defend duty as this will stop him from pushing up with play.

Here are some of the screenshots;
Screenshots for the Hybrid Barrage 4-2-4 :)
Hello everyone,

I am back with another Hybrid tactic once again taking the base of the wonderful tactic maker Zaz this time with a tweaked version of the 4222 ZaZ Red tactic.

It is named the Hybrid Barrage 4-2-4 and the reason for this is that it a very attacking tactic focusing on barraging the opponents with the aim of scoring as many as you can which also means you will concede a fair amount of goals but for me it makes the game more exciting. There was quite a few high scoring games with the teams i have used in this test, some of the most notable was that i had ManU and Leipzig play out one leg in the UCL which finished 6-5 to leipzig, 11 goals in one game haha, and also 7-6 between PSG and Bayern. At the end of the day the main aim is to win the game regardless of scoreline, 1-0 games are boring anyway much prefer a 5-4 or 4-3 more fun to watch

you will notice from the screenshots i have uploaded that some of the differances are;

- Changed GK distribution options
- Changed to whipped crosses from floating crosses
- Moved the two Inverted wingers up into the winger positions.
- Changed IWB mentality to support (I felt support gave me more balance as the front 4 are all on attacking duty so have enough fire power.
- Changed one of the segunda volantes to a DLP on support duty which was to help me have another player in the middle of the field who wasnt too far forward all the time as it seemed the midfield was too open so i opted for a DLP and SV combination.

I have two versions but the only differance is that the one with Wolves (who achieved a stunning 3rd place !!) i dropped the two IW back to the Left and Right midfield positions.

I carried the test out with Porto, Manchester united, Wolves, Bayern, Leipzig, Napoli, Inter Milan, Salzburg, PSG and Atleitco with a title bieng won by every team apart from Manchester United who choaked on the last two games haha typical real life form atm :D

Inter Milan dominated what is nowadays an open Serie A only dropping 5 points all season and having a great goal differance finishing top scorers and best defence which is a great achievement. Napoli also came in 2nd place with over 100 goals scored again.

I am planning on creating my own tactics from scratch too soon now that i have a bit better of an understanding on how the game engine runs, but for now hopefully people can enjoy the tactics i release :)

Thanks guys.
As you can see, i have tested it initially with a top team (perhaps the best team) with the intention of showing what it can achieve with having a very strong squad. With it bieng soo focused on attacking with the very attacing mentality im not sure if it would be suited to lower teams such as the high demand required for the tactic to work. However, i have never came across a tactic where i have scored anywhere near this amount of goals (there was that many goals that it broke the game, the season stats only said i had scored 6 goals in all competitions where tha actual total was an astonishing 264 !!!! Bare in mind this tactic only has 1 actual recognizable striker in place along with 1 SS in the attacking midfielder role and still managed to rack up 264 goals.

The changes i made was the introduction of the SS in the AM role taking away one of the AF's , changing some of the IW's and SS's player instructions aswell as a few minor team instructon changes, and i have also introduced some new set pieces into the tactic even though not that many goals actually came from corners which i was actually happy with, oh and i also moved the Inverted Wingers up to the Left and Right wings.

Unfortunately we had a wobble against Bayern Munich which sent us into the Europa League which we went on to win along with every other competetion as expected.

As you can see plenty of goals spread out the team and two players getting 40+ assists which i havent had before. Some great average ratings and some absolute demolishing scorelines to go with.

But that about wraps up the tactic now hopefully it brings others success as im sure actually playing the season instead of holidaying it would bring even more goals !! :D
Right guys,

Here is the second Hybrid tactic that i have for FM22. Again, the reason i call these hybrid tactics is because i am making changes to a tactic that already exists therefore is a hybrid tactic that uses another tactic with my changes. I will never take full credit for someone elses work as i feel this is totally unfair on the person who takes the time to come up with the orignal tactics. Everyone on here has the same goal, to share success and credit those who warrent it :)

This one is using one of ZaZ's latest tactics the ZaZ Red tactic which was orignally a 4-2-2-2 shape and i have changed a few things to make it a functioning 4-2-3-1 as it is my perferred formation. A massive shout out to ZaZ who came up with this tactic in the first place doing some amazing work for the community with the amount of quality tactics.

Now on to the tactic....... :)
