Hello, i've revisited a 22'fm tactic, it seems very good with low budget or lower league team's, used it with my current career with torres in the serie B on second year and promoted (19th predicted) so tested holiday mode with cagliari serie A (18th predicted) runner up in Coppa italia, 7th place in Serie A (concerence league) with a very low morale and team cohesion, managing it you earn 10/20 points more for sure, Petagna 30 gol top scorer in serie A, for sure not high end striker.
Hi, with this tactic i smashed laLiga 2 in spain with Ibiza (predicted 17th), played with new patch 22.2, we have high possession, lot of clear cut chances, great defence, you will see fluid football.. Pls test it in your game and in the tactic table, if you have any suggestion or if you can improve it share.
Tested this tactic in full holiday, training to assistant manager, juventus won triplete, the second team tested is venezia, predicted 19th final position 13th but if we see the stats had the 4th xg, so with a good forwards it will be better. inverted wingers with inverted foot, inverted full back right at right side and left in the left side. No re-game i've saved only two times, when i start and whenn i finish the test

I was inspired by zaz tactic to create this 4-2-4 in my main career with taranto, and i've decide to test it in some league This is the tactic:
The main roles are central back, full backs and advanced forward, the inverted wingers has to be with inverted foot, no long throws, the bast taker has to take corners. Some results:
The underdog versione is pratically the same thing but with "be more disciplined" selected, the team respond very well and the game is more fluid, maybe underdog is even better then normal for 98% of the team, give a test for booth formations pls.

I've changed now the personalizza, idk if this is better, maybe more stable, if they test it we will see

Hello this is the tactic i've made and tried in two different career, with salernitana and then in blyth spartans, i've won the varanama north (predicted 18th) left stricker is better left footed as the left midfielder, right striker right footed as the right midfilder, the most important player are the full backs, search the best player that can afford. Maybe the 3 strikers are back in fm 22, try it and if possible improve it.
EDIT: I've tweaked a little bit my tactic and now is even better
from the signed game i've changed in the v2 version
