It happened with me too earlier, mostly because of a lot new players joined and takes time for things to settle, plus this tactic leaks a lot of goal. However, I am nearing end of the season and now from the initial 16th position I am heading towards  a treble with Arsenal first season. Won the league cup, 1st in EPL with 7 games to go and the FA cup final coming up. Shall post the screenshots once the season is over. I would suggest give the team at least 15 games to start showing results, keep a home and away squad. Tactic will only work if the players are fresh. And don't keep changing squad or selections and aim towards making pairs in the squad.

Just around 15 games in and the results are improving wonder why it took longer then the other tactics...still

I have never played on holiday as I like to micromanage the club always, if I may ask how many matches would you give for the results to show? Its basically plug n play only right just like your earlier tactics??

Still aint working...10th in the league with Arsenal mid season. Do you use OI's or leave it to AM?

Another loss mate, 16th in the league now. Can't continue like this.. Dunno whats wrong, Im gonna restart a new career and let you know. But this time if it fails..I think we need to redo the testing bruh. I noticed the tactic was leaking goals causing the loss...the earlier number 1 was much stable though

since its the number one and since i trust ZAZ let me try the whole season and get back to you..but for now it seems OFF

Got it thanks everyone, this page you posted is the most accurate I feel as the odds are changing time to time depending on whose playing well so its giving a very accurate picture

@ NeOnHD92 can you please explain how to select if we are underdog or a hard game as it sometimes becomes tricky so as to which mentality to use.

Earlier we used to get the match odds now its not there anymore so it gets tricky sometimes to select the mentality. If someone experienced could clarify the same, many thanks!
