I think you are a good tactic maker, I have been trying ur tactics for a long time since Katana 4231 v3.1. Frankly, the best one was 4231 v3.1 109p. However, in order for your tactics to yield clear results, it would be more logical to pick a low-level team (Luton is a very good choice) and simulate it that way and share the results.
The squad dominance of the team you picked is already too high. This makes it difficult to see the result, and when the strong team is at the forefront, the shortcomings or strengths are not fully reflected.
By the way, I tried all the tactics in the hall of fame table, and during my trials with Luton during the holiday, I saw that those tactics were overrated. They are definitely not as good as they seem, and 3-way tactics never work as efficiently or as stable as 4-man systems.
Your 4231 v3.1 109p tactic was the best, but my attempts to reduce the number of goals conceded from it were always unsuccessful.

I hope you fix little issue.
I changed the existing tactics and experimented. I got very good results. Just 1 lose on the league. Try and feedback me please.
