With this training schedule, do I need to stop my senior players doing Additional Training - Quickness, or carry on no matter the age?

Sorry, what do you mean by normal role training? i.e. Striker training as Advanced Forward?
babasalat said: I have 2 schedule:
1 Game on Saturday: Monday and Tuesday full Rest, Wednesday 2x Offensive, Thursday 1x Matchpractise, Friday Quickness - Saturday is Matchday and Sunday on last Slot rest again.
2 Games Wed and Sat: Monday Matchpractise + Offensive + Rest, Tuesday Quickness, Wednesday is Matchday, Thursday 2x Rest, Friday Offensive + Rest, Saturday Matchday and Sunday full Rest.

After matchdays is enough time for the players to rest. I use this for all my teams.

If you wanna try to get 20 Pace and Acc players dont do any training in schedule. Just individual Training - Quickness Double Intensity when high or full condition. But the other stats will go down then.

Thanks for sending that, can I just ask do you do any Position/Role/Duty training or do you just leave it blank?
3. Add as much CA as possible , while fewer invalid attributes as possible, and as many high value attributes as possible

[Quickness]+[Match Practice]+[Attacking]+[Recovery]x7+[Double Intensity]+[Addtional Focus Quickness]
or
[Physical]+[Match Practice]+[Attacking]+[Recovery]x7+[Double Intensity]+[Addtional Focus Quickness][/i]

Should we be using both of the above? Or just pick one?
Hey mate, I know you said that you set the additional focus of all players to Quickness and GK Reflexes, but do you still do individual focus i.e. positioning training? And would this be the same for under 21 players?
Who would be some of the players in the game that would be ideal to fill the Pressing Forward role for this tactic?

What would be your reasons for preferring POS V1.39?
Gianaa9 said: Honestly i used PF on the left beacause in my career i have a strong right IF and many strikers, so i tried it there and then i just uploaded it as it was, i guess there isn’t a real correlation in that sense tho ahah

So should the PF on the left ideally be right footed?
Do you think that the pressing forward needs to be left footed or right footed ideally? And what are the key attributes to look for in the pressing forward?
Are there specific traits to get players to learn in the positions for this tactic?
Has anyone tried this with the new Match Engine? The changes to IF's should, in theory, have made this even better.
Really loving using this tactic, just don't think the forwards I've got are working. Do you think any other roles would work at striker rather than the False 9?
