I would have done better if i would've used this tactic full time.
So i promoted to the PL back to back using ZaZ 4.0 . This is where things became difficult. I tried using the same tactic but the results were dreadful. First 13 matches i started to think i'm going to get relegated. But then i made the switch tot ZaZ 4.0 Solid and just started to spam NO Pressure and praise after goals and that did the trick. Results started to look good again. It seems that first season in the PL you can't go employ a positive mindset tactic. I regret not making the change sooner as i would have probably be in the running for european places. The loses and draw in the club form are against livepool both home and away and a draw against man utd at home. Last two wins against leichester and tottenham away.
It's so frustrating when that happens. It is even worse when you lose on equal points and goal difference.
Anyway second season over. Predicted 6th. Won way too easy , even for my liking . Even got 24 wins in a row in the league and won 27 of my last 28 matches . The only draw came away at second place wrexham. My advanced forward scored 48 goals with the second best striker from Wrexham with 42 which is insane. The tactic is just insane in the lower leagues , granted that you sign the right players and follow your advice on the first page of ZaZ 4.0.
A little update . I was expecting to boss the league , but not like this . Trashed Grimsby , at that moment in second place 6-1 in their home. Exceptional tactic ZaZ.

Anyway, i started a new season , playing with zaz 4.0 , light blue and solid blue and the results have been spectacular. As you can see . When i started to play(picked the team) my media prediction was 5th , but at the start of the season i was somehow predicted 1st. Nontheless the results have been spactacular. Looking forward to Vanarama National which I expect to boss without problems. I started with 13 wins in a row.
Great first season.6th is unthinkable in first season. With Dulwich I managed 13th and with Blyth even worse 14th. Seeing you playing I kinda want to start all over again and I might since I never used zaz 4.0. Your scouting method is great. I used the opz elite skin , which show current ability number and that helped a lot since you keep increasing that number over the leagues as if in Vanarama National N/S a 65 current ability is considered great , then in the Vanarama National is not so much ,so you look for 75/80 current ability, obviously players with pace and accelaration, in regards to outfield players and reflexes and agility in regards to GK. The way you do it is harder but way more fair . Looking forward to updates in regard to the new season. Good luck.
Hy @ZaZ . If you remember my dulwich hamlet career . I started another with Blyth spartans after the 22.3 patch. Results were pretty much the same as with dulwich hamlet . Promoted every year . 1st season in the Pl ,survived relegation and 2nd season finishing second in the PL. Problems always came after the second season, because although investement in the team was huge the team somehow reverted to relegation candidates. Missing a lot of chances , playing well below their expectations. My theory is that happend both times because of squad building based on youth. As your reputation increases you start to find great youth players that want to play for you, but they also don't have top flight experience who seems to make them play bang avarege. I remember that i replaced stephy mavidid then age 30 with a 20 year old striker , better in all aspects . It was a disaster , granted that it played next to a 21 year old striker(scored 21 goals 1st season, next to Elanga(age 26 and mavididi age 29 at the time), better than the 20 year old striker . Really looking forward to how you do. Unfortunetly something came up and i didn't want the game to interfere with my personal life so i deleted the saves and the game because it tends to make an addict out of me. Good luck.
So i almost won the league in my second premier league season. Unfortunetly a injury for 6 months for my best player Rodrigo , coupled with some very poor away performances at totenham and watford made me fail to win the league. For next season i have a 59 million wage budget , from 49 million now and 80 million transfer budget. Again i am going to sell a bunch of players and buy new , better ones. With improvements to my full backs , gk and a quality striker i should win the league next season.
My thin squad realy did me in this time.Still pretty satisfying results overall after 5 season. Next season expectations for me at least . Win the league and at least quarter finals in the cl.
So i continued using the tactic and kept improving my squad. So i won League Two and League One fairly easy . Championship(predicted 23/24) was another matter, harder but again managed it in the end. The financial deficit really started to show so it wasn't a walk in the park like previous season. Also with a squad not up to par it was really hard to win playing Sat-Wed-Sat.
Also for some reason at this point(league 1) the game simply decided that i can't be drawn in the cups as a home team starting by round 3 or 4. I also won a game against arsenal as a league 2 team , at home after arteta said i was a weak team, by best result at that point.
The first season in the premier league, it was brutal. Was given a salary budget of 25 million(almost 3 times less than the next team), with if i remember correctly 12 million or 22 million transfer budget , while my whole team was subpar. Bought a bunch of players and things looked dire at some point , even going 7 matches without winning while losing 6. But i survived in the end. Obviously media prediction last , by some margin.
Second season my board bumped my salary budget to 45 million and transfer budget of around 36 million and boy did it show . Still predicted dead last, by some margin. I can potentially win the league with some luck. I believe man utd have a harder schedule , with the remaining game against me , in my home. I managed to drastically improve my defense , with most of my budget going in the cd positions.Bought some has-been's and somehow started dominating again.
Btw the board moved my team at The Craven Cottage because my stadium was under par. I also moved my training to the assistant manager since using zaz's training squedules kept tiring my players.
Proabably the best tactic i have ever used in fm22. Started a carrer from the lowest league in England . Back to back promotion till now, just dominating everything Thx snoop and zaz for this wonderful tactic. Coupled with zaz's instructions it feels unreal. Even when i lose or draw it usually is like a screamaer goal and their gk getting man of the match. Sorry for my bad english.
