Here is another tactic for Football Manager 2024.

Winning the league with Spurs, Man U, and finished 8th with Luton.

These are all Holiday tests, however, I am also using this tactic in my save with Rushall and I have completed three promotions on the bounce with players who should not be playing in these divisions and on a very limited budget. Breaking the Team Goalscoring record in every division.

Sweeper Keeper - No Instructions
Wing Backs    - Cross More Often, Dribble More, Stay Wider, Tackle Harder
BP Defenders  - Dribble More, Tackle Harder
R Playmaker    - Tackle Harder
Mezzalas      - Tackle Harder
A Playmaker    - Roam From Position, Tackle Harder
Adv Forwards  - Tackle Harder

I have created a club in Football Manager we will play out of the City of Hull and share our ground with Hull KR. Our team name is Kingston Rovers and we will start in Conference North in England. I have copied all the details of Rushall in terms of Rep and Finances so won't be loaded with cash. We do have a large stadium for our standard of football but this will allow us to grow, however starting out we should be getting around 500-600 fans to our games.

To be part of the club you need to LIKE THE VIDEO be SUBSCRIBED and comment your NAME, DAY AND MONTH BORN, NATIONALITY, and SECONDARY to help us not be required to apply for work permits. Everyone will be created as a teenager will a low ability but good potential.

We have now completed back-to-back promotions from winning the playoffs in Conference South. Going on to be the surprise package in the National League and became CHAMPIONS!

We have also broken the record for the most goals scored in both divisions. It is time to work our magic again in the free transfer market and see if a triple promotion is possible as the bookies do not fancy us again!

Regardless of our prediction of getting relegated last season, we won promotion through the playoffs into the National League. Now with a limited wage budget and difficulties attracting new players to the club. Can we be the surprise package of the National League this season?

I have started my next series ONE CLUB ONE DREAM - RUSHALL OLYMPIC FC - FM24

The aim is to get Rushall to the Premier League and win the Champions League. We will run the club correctly not overspending keeping within our financial capabilities and not running the club into debt.

I am using a new tactic I made which is a Diamond 4-4-2 and is very attacking. We have a Sweeper Keeper, 2 Ball playing Defenders, 2 Wing Backs on Attack, Romaning Playing sitting in front the defence, 2 Mezzalas on Attack, an Advanced Playmaker also on Attack, with 2 Advanced Forwards leading the line. (I will make a video on this soon)

Football Manager 2024: Glory Hunter Challenge so far, I've won everything in England, Germany, and Italy, including the Europa Conference League (Sevilla), Europa League (Brighton) and Champions League x3 (Brighton x2 and Bayern Munich)

We have taken on the tricky task of winning in Spain with Sevilla. After taking over with only one win registered, we managed to climb up the table and finished 8th. The most important win came as we lifted the Europa Conference League, chalking another trophy off the list and leaving ourselves with just the league and cups to win in Spain and France to complete our Glory Hunter Challenge.

We have also completed our international management, winning the World Cup, Euros, and Nations League with England.

Now with large debts and low transfer budgets, how far can we take Sevilla?

On our next journey during the Glory Hunter Challenge, I've won everything in England, Germany, and Italy, including the Europa Conference League (Sevilla), Europa League (Brighton) and Champions League x3 (Brighton x2 and Bayern Munich)

Hopefully, we can now go on to lift the Euros as England manager to win everything in International football, and we can then retire and focus on our club management goals!

This tactic is really fun for FM24 - I have used holiday for this one and it's worked great with Spurs, Bournemouth, and AFC Wimbledon. All having great seasons!

After leading England to glory at the World Cup, we now have to focus on qualifying for the Euros. However, an important job has come up at Sevilla and they are in the Europa Conference League, this is the perfect opportunity for us to pick up that last European trophy!

Here is my 3rd tactic for FM24 - I have used holiday for this one and it's worked great with Bilbao, Bournemouth, and South Shields. All having great seasons!

Here is season 4 of our Glory Hunter Challenge, I've won everything as Brighton manager but it's time to move on and win more trophies.

Another new tactic, new signings = Trophies Galore!

FM LEGENDS!!

So after winning everything in England, I decided to resign from Brighton and swapped roles with Matthias Dahm, who has big shoes to fill.

Leaving open a great opportunity for me to lift the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal.
Here is season 3 of our Glory Hunter Challenge, in my first job as Brighton manager.

The new tactic, the new signings = Trophies Galore!

Here is my 2nd season as I start my Glory Hunter save in my first job at Brighton manager. Can we win MORE trophies?

Lots of new signings, lots of goals and we've won the BIG ONE in season 2!
