not sure what midfield pairings would work with a dm, if you have any suggestions lmk. im not fond of pairing 2 of the same types of mids. e.g 2cms, 2 mez
First post patch update to the v2 of this tactic. Removed a lot of the PIs, leaving only: "tackle harder" on all players, "Move into channel" for the midfielders, "take fewer risks" on the goalkeepers, "dribble more" on the centre-backs. ALso, changed the cd's to BPDs and the gk to SK(d).
As for the TIs, its shown in the screenshots. added focus play on the flanks, underlaps, removed work ball into box and play out of defense. removed throw it long and distribute to fullbacks(i like it but needs gks with good throw to be very-effective), added roll it out and distribute quickly

there seems to be higher inaccuries of missed tackles in my games, also a lot more cards as well. Not sure if its down to this or the "get stuck in" instruction which have been effective, so far this fm

thanks, looks like i'll have to remove the TI in games where effectiveness is low and frequency is high

I added a shadow striker and changed some roles and instructions in midfield and defence
Changed the roles and instructions to match the fm23 meta
