Hey there, have there been a test of how the different personalities influence the player growth, performance and injuries?
I first try all the standard stuff like:
1. Add to unwanted list
2. Offer via transfer room
3. Hire intermediary

If this doesn't work I try to play him a game or two and put him in the development list (to go on loan) Usually this attracts some attention and an offer is made.

If this doesn't work I put offer him through the transfer room on loan + mandatory fee (of 0$ if I really want him gone) that is my last option but so far it works
@animatron Unfortunately not really. Reduce the size of the squad and it he will be played.

@harvestgreen22 Have you tested with let's say 40,50,60 games (friendlies) per year? Do you think we can increase the gains if we have more games?
I noticed that if I do it like in the attached pic I still have low level of injuries and huge gains in ACC and PACE. also for some reasons I get the Jumping get high
Have there been a discussion on how to optimize the effect of having fast players - e.g. A tactic probably more direct one with standard block. What are your experiences with this (I know all tactics will benefit fast players, but I'd like to have the most fit for low CA and max result)
animatron said: So the coaches doesn't matter that much?

I cannot agree with this one cause I see a +5 CA per person from a bunch of 5* coaches, compared to 3*. But still no real effect on acc/pace
Maybe something is wrong with my setup but my youths are not gaining the acc/pace as expected..... should I move them to the first team? Becuase non of the trainings is actually improving anything (including full rest )
I'm not sure how to prove it, but there is negative relation between all these trainings and the match performance. Example is week defense with good fast and tall defenders and lame attack with good fast forwards.
Do you think this observation is correct?
Maybe adding attack shadow play and defense equivalent?!
