But I do not use additional individual training. Including the goalkeeper.

Thank you very much!

Gonna try it now in my save
pixar said: I shared your first question in the last image of my post you quoted. Check it out again :)

For the second question, I can give examples as follows.
These two players have been in my team since they were 18 years old. They are now 22 years old.

Oh my bad, I see it now.

That's a very nice growth for your players I will actually try this schedule out.

Just one more question. Do you train your players in position and role you play them in and what do you set as additional focus, like do you use quickness or any individual focus at all?
pixar said: My friend, with your method, my injuries have decreased significantly and my players continue their physical-mental-technical development. I do not give my players individual training. I only provide weak foot strengthening training for my eligible players. They usually solve it in 1 season.
I do not give my players manual holidays. But I play in rotation. I play with my main squad in Europe, with my reserve squad in the matches I play at home before or after the European matches in the league, with my main squad in the remaining matches and finally with my reserve squad in the local cups.

The key to this program is to give players full rest (for 3 sessions) the day after match days. If there is no match on Wednesday-Saturday, it is just a corner routine or shot stopping training for goalkeepers. Additionally, if there is no match on Wednesday, I added team bonding training to the evening session to boost team harmony and motivation.

I played 6 seasons with 24.3.0 using this method.
I play my matches on Wednesday-Saturday.

Below is a preview of the training program and download links.

Cheers.

What does your Training -> Rest tab look like, is it all besides the last one set to ''No pitch or gym work'' or do you keep it on default settings?

And what's the growth like for your players?
I know it may be still early days, but do we have something regarding this subject about training and player development for fm24? Especially which schedules might be useful for development and also match results?
For me the best one right now is SK(S) lol. I don't know, it's just me maybe :)
deukey said: I'm scoring tons of goals with this tactic, but I'm also conceding tons of goals(my team is Brighton). Do you have any tips for reducing conceded goals?

You can try this man marking I mentioned in the post above yours. Also if I score first I change the mentality to Positive and also I change WB(A) to WB(S). If I want to kill the game I change WB to WB(D) and set the mentality to Defensive, Cautious or Balanced, you can try it for yourself maybe it will help you :)
You can maybe try to mark opponent's full backs or wing backs with AMs and opponent's DMs with Strikers it's working great for me so far.
Mark said: There have been a lot of questions about training focus for each position over many months on this website. I have generally approached this by looking at which individual additional training focus would suit the position best. After analysing the machine learning weightings against attributes that each individual additional training focus covers I think a rolling approach of between 1 and 4 training focuses should be used depending on the position.

To take the most advantage of the additional focus you need to have some of the training sessions that allow individual focus training in your weekly training schedules. The best schedules for this are Aerial Defence, Ground Defence, Chance Creation and Chance Conversion.

Here are the Training Focus calculations based on the GS Ratings, with the best individual focus schedules in blue for each position.

If you look at the ones that score at 150 points and above and then stick them into a 12 week schedule it looks like this:

After the 12 week cycle you need to start again at the top.

I have a question about this. If my GK for example has bad positioning and good reflexes wouldn't it be better for him to train GK Tactical to get his positioning up than GK Reactions because he already has good reflexes?
Pumpkin said: This is what I personally use it's a mixture of ZaZ's training which is based of Evidence Based FMs research on what sessions maximise growth and uses this https://fm-arena.com/thread/3638-training-system-bug/ so I can use as many match practices as possible, also keep in mind I also follows ZaZ's advice on the rest setup

Do you use the same rest setup for youth squads or do you set the last one to double intensity?
FALSE9 said: Great results and good changes for a weaker team.

I have a Strikerless tactic on here which admittedly scored low but in all my own holiday tests is the best tactic I've made, you should give it a try.

Tried that one, unfortunately it didn't do great for me. Also I really like the 4141 or 4123 shape so testing and tweaking this one until it becomes perfect either strikerless or not, if I can do that lol :)
Quick West Ham test:
- Changed Defensive Line to Standard
- Turned off Get Stuck In
- Moved ST to AM as Shadow Striker

All games done on Holiday.

arminsan said: Good tactic. But why is tactic 3x more powerfull when i simulate matches? Any suggetions?

For me the same, tactic is better when I holiday the season
What would you say is the best combination for wingers and full backs right now?
babemocni1988 said: doesnt work for me anymore unfortunately

Yeah the same. I tried changing some things, tweaking it but no luck.
babemocni1988 said: I am still enjoying your previous tactic, tweaked now because of the new ME
I needed to make some changes but still I am using it!
This one i didn't tried but results are awesome
Keep up mate!

What changes did you make? Cause I was using that tactic also before patch, but now I just stopped winning.
