Bini
Hello Managers,

Here I post the tactic I've worked for three seasons.
Last season I was astonished by the results I had, and so I leave it here for testing.

The tactic is very strong offensively and also is able to mantain a strong defensive performance. The two wing backs play a very important role on the build up of the tactic, and they stay wide, and to help the defensive structure of the team, there's a Defensive Midfielder on Defensive duty. The other Central Midfielder it's a playmaker which will also get you some deathly passes on to the front 4. About the front 4, well, you have a Offensive Midfielder on a support role, which helps the midfield both on the defensive as in the offensive part of the game. Add to that, you have 2 Complete Forwards, which will act as wingers (although not so wide), and 1 Striker which will get plenty of opportunities through out the match. All of the front 4 have the instruction to press in the off ball moment.

First of all, sorry for the probably bad english, and second I hope the tactic get's tested, although you can just try it, because as you can see, I got very good results (not only this season but for the last 4 seasons).

Any suggestions/questions feel free to ask!
Man, this tactic is simply outstanding! The attacking football is beautiful, the build up is amazing and it’s really really strong defensively!!
I’m using it now, I made two small adjustments. One made the tactic less powerful and the other I think made it a small bit better…
1) I changed a little bit the corner routines so it doesn’t become a tactic which has a CD with 40 goals a season. And because the tactic is so good, I’m still been winning the games by far.
2) just for the Right and Left defenders (wingers) I removed the instruction to tackle harder, and I’ve been checking that they perform relatively better. I thought that, in the middle of the field, you need aggression and bravery fighting for the ball. But because the winger are playing “alone” on the sides, if they go “with it all” to win the ball, sometimes they will get overrun by the opponent, and by removing the tackle harder from them, I noticed they became more conservative and more ‘intelligent’ on when to fight for the ball.

Still, this tactic is completely the best and most realistic tactic I’ve tried so far (after almost 2000 hours of FM23). It’s great to see a different shape than the 424.
Great job and great eye on the game and on tactics you have ! Congratulations 💪🏻
Hello FMers :D

I introduce to you my recent 343 possession control tactic.

Being tweaking as much as possible and managed to get a really strong and solid tactic, and still able to produce really good looking football, controlling possession and producing strong attacks.
With a very high average of passing completition per match, the tactic proves to be a really good match controlling.

Just a short example :D

Here you have the opposition instructions, as well as the team general instructions.

Last season was like this

We lost 2 matches in the final 4 games, team decided to be childish -.-

PS:
the set pieces used in this tactic were taken from The Assembler tactics, although I modified them so they are not used as an exploit (having a CD with 30 goals a season is far too unrealistic). Still, credits given :D

Have great games, feel free to try it and if you find any tweak or change for good, comment ;)
Tangfu, can get it from workshop
After Bini GTS, here comes Skyline. In the hopes of creating more chances, think I've managed to make the right tweaks to the tactic.
This season been able to get a really good defense, and finally scoring lots of goals

As you can see, the passing as been really a joy to watch, with the team playing a stable, focused and decisive football, all along the entire 90 minutes.

The tweaks were made after that loss to PSG (although it was a very unfair game :p )

The shape of it. If you have wingers, you can play them in the Shadow Striker position
It's been wonderful to watch...
Great tactic so far for me, been using it with Porto, and before with Charleroi with great results.
Champion 2 times in a row with Charleroi (predicted 8th), and with Porto dominated the league and managed to be 2nd in UCL.

It's a tactic that loves the ball, always with great percentage of completed pass and possession, been give me some great defensive results (beat the Portuguese record of 10 straight games without conceding), and playing some good offensive plays from the back.

Recently put the striker in a shadow striker position too, stilll I think this one has give me better results.

Hope you guys try it, and please, any
suggestions let me now in the comments.

On pictures there are the OP player instructions which I use for every game.
