Ah no, just venting out my frustrations!

I just started to deep dive into fm tactics and I want to get a good tactic without too many PIs and too high demand on the players ...

f**king hell. I quit!
It's a simple 4-2-3-1 with high pressing and shorter, patient build-up but more direct attacking play. Kind of similar to Southampton IRL in terms of attacking play without the gegenpress.

I was able to get west ham to 4th in the prem with a weak squad, here's the CA and PA of players at the end of the season. xG indicates a finish at 6th so we have slightly overperformed xG.

I am learning how to optimize set pieces so this is without any changes made to them set pieces, hopefully, I can squeeze some more performance out of that.
