That routine you mentioned is too weak in my opinion, there is no need for recovery and rest. You can safely use Defending-Match Practice-Attacking every day.

I mean two or three match practices per day were causing injuries even if the players were in peak condition and fully fit. This schedule is slightly more intense (5%) than ZaZ's training schedule. Every day is like Monday and Thursday in ZaZ's.

Even with @ZaZ's approach, many players get injured with two or three match practices per day. I think the schedule attached is pretty good while boosting CA and preventing injuries throughout the season.

Not saying that is attendible and stuff is just to give an example and why i am testing overlaps and FFlanks as well. I did kept almost same IA manager tendecies of FM-Arena Manager as well so they don't tend to close and defend the result. Expand
I want to play 4231 so which one do you recommend, XX or XIX? I guess XIX is slightly better.
Oh, I didn't see that. I was using WestHammer and it was an easy transition in the middle of the season since the team was already familiar with the tactic. This one performs better, especially in front of the goal.

I want to ask you that how do you train your team during the international breaks? Secondly, what is your training intensity scheduling?
