Where can I find Zaz's GS ratings?
I do have Mark's..
@Delicious  do you change mentality to attacking or very attacking if looking for a goal? If yes, at what minute mark?
What did you change @Steelwood ?
Guessing if it is not hard at all, there must be a guide somewhere :) @Lapidus
Hello fm-arena forum!

Despite having an answer to perhaps 99.9% of all my queries, I still have not found here a reliable 'guide' on what are considered the best team talks (and gestures) for each situation.

I've been allowing my AM to take care of them but I'm trying to micromanage a bit more each year to make the game more realistic. At the same time, I do not want to 'try and see' since im playing an online save with my friends and its a tight battle :)

Reaching out to you pros for support - thanks a lot in advance.
Any updates on what is the best shout for which scenario?
Also, what about team talks - body gestures?
hey @Pumpkin  are you noticing increased injuries with your schedule?
i've followed Zaz's and noticed a spike on injuries pretty quickly..
You always deliver my friend @ZaZ - thanks a million.
Follow up question - did you notice any effect in training a player for a position that is not currently in the tactic?

Example - I have a promising winger from my intake.
My tactic plays with DWs but im afraid if I start training my newgen as DW, some points will go to attributes like 'tackling'. I should train him as a W for example, so attributes go to dribbling or crossing.
But im afraid the fact that im training them on a different role will impact how much they feel familiar with my tactic - get my point?
@ZaZ care to elaborate? :)
Hello all - reviving this thread with a simple question (apologies if asked before).
Im playing a tactic that uses defensive wingers (DWs) and have a promising winger coming from my intake.

I fear if I train him as a DW (to suit my tactic), some of his progression will go towards attributes like tackling (highlighted for DW) and therefore hamper his progression.
I could train him as a winger (W) but then whenever I use him on my tactic, his 'position familiarity' will not be full.

My question is - does position familiarity influence on the players performance?
Should I still train this promising winger to be a DW, wasting some attributes or directly train him as a W?

Thanks in advance.

So, for my understanding, the net best overall tactic is Blau Diamond Tweak and not Pressure cooker?
Because its doing better vs elite managers in comparisson with the rest of the tactics?

But in reality, most of the times you are not competing with elite managers - perhaps, only on UCL.
So, to perhaps over simplify, would it not be pressure cooker the best tactic for 'normal' games and blau diamond the best for 'elite' games? Hope my point was understood :) and thanks again for the amazing work

Unfortunately same case for me - ZAZ training (even as the most effective) also ended up injurying a lot of my players im afraid.
Do you reckon you can move the IW and WB to the other side? suits my team better
Hey does pitch size change anything?
Which one would you recommmend @Steelwood ?

30 goal from Maguire? You might have struck gold on set pieces?
How do strikers behave?
If I have a slower striker, should he play on the sides or middle?

Tornado perhaps as the second best tactic formation-wise?
