[Rest]+[Double Intensity]+[Addtional Focus Quickness] or [Recovery]x7+[Double Intensity]+[Addtional Focus Quickness]
Explanation: "Recovery" is actually a variant of rest. If there is any other training, "rest" will be invalid, but "recovery" will not, "recovery" is counted as a training, so it can be used as a "weight" to pull the weight of "Pace" and "Acc" and so on to make it closer to the "rest" CA distribution, so the following 7 x recovery are added. It is used to pull the weight of the CA assigned to the Physical stats to pull up (The disadvantage of recovery is that it slightly increases the weight of a less useful physical attribute, such as strength, but this disadvantage can be ignored)
2.Increase moderate levels of CA , as fewer invalid attributes as possible, and as many high value attributes as possible
[Quickness]+[Attacking Shadow Play]+[Recovery]x7+[Addtional Focus Quickness] or [Quickness]+[Attacking Direct]+[Recovery]x7+[Addtional Focus Quickness]
3. Add as much CA as possible , while fewer invalid attributes as possible, and as many high value attributes as possible
I started a save to test this out, in a real club in real conditions. Im the dominant club in the league and we've been doing pretty well. Im in January now, and almost none of my players improved. Just put the most impactful sessions as far after the match as you can, at least 2 days away, maybe 1 if you can super rest. And then fill the other slots with recovery. It can vary a bit whether you are home or away for either of the two matches. The day after the match should always be either full rest if home or recovery if you are travelling.
For example you have matches on tuesday and saturday, and you value quickness session the most in your schedule, then put it on friday - that way you have 2 days of rest before and your whole team should be able to participate. would need more information. Like are your players 26+, do they have medicore personalities, etc. Are your players that are playing actually training or are they resting on training days? You can't have sessions the day after a game because the guys that played won't do pitch/gym work. The test results are basically best case scenario, I'd just do the match practice/attacking/quickness + recovery sessions for the first team.

Bypassing the limitations on number of Recovery Sessions
1. Create a new schedule, with 7 recovery sessions
2. Add a Match session to an empty space within the schedule, making sure it does not overwrite an existing recovery session
3. Remove the match schedule, then add the remaining necessary recovery sessions

1 Game on Saturday: Monday and Tuesday full Rest, Wednesday 2x Offensive, Thursday 1x Matchpractise, Friday Quickness - Saturday is Matchday and Sunday on last Slot rest again.
2 Games Wed and Sat: Monday Matchpractise + Offensive + Rest, Tuesday Quickness, Wednesday is Matchday, Thursday 2x Rest, Friday Offensive + Rest, Saturday Matchday and Sunday full Rest.
After matchdays is enough time for the players to rest. I use this for all my teams.
If you wanna try to get 20 Pace and Acc players dont do any training in schedule. Just individual Training - Quickness Double Intensity when high or full condition. But the other stats will go down then.
Ok thanks, is yours in German? Is offensive the same as Attacking in English?

Yes, sorry

Im in January now, and almost none of my players improved. Most of them had a decline in a lot of attributes with no growth. Is there a reason for this? I followed everything precisely.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the schedule. Im using this one
[Quickness]+[Attacking Shadow Play]+[Recovery]x7+[Addtional Focus Quickness]
would need more information.

Thanks for sending that, can I just ask do you do any Position/Role/Duty training or do you just leave it blank?
