I play in a 4-5-1 formation and I don't understand how I should select two central midfielders?

Use AMC or DMC ratings depending on the role.

You search by teams, your team and then it's an option there.

I know this feature but it only shows my first and second team.

I found the basic explanation for this rating. So thank you.
My left backs (who I thought were strong) were given low ratings, so I started to doubt the file.
