Have good coach for Quickness.
Training schedule: 7x Recovery, 1x Quickness, 1x Match Practice, 1x Attacking (often schedule friendlies on Wednesday).
Rest settings: No, No, No pitch and gym work, Double, Double intensity
Add additional quickness training for outfield players and reactions for goalkeepers.

Is this it? The same for FM26.

Thank you. I understand from you that even for GKs no Position/Role/Duty training. Awesome that I have training clear in my mind now.

No Team bonding or Community Service even? Are these also useless?

Also, if I am unable to secure a friendly for one of those 'Wednesdays', would another match practice be ok? Or would it be better to leave it as rest x3?

I wouldn't say useless but not relevant to attribute growth.

7x Recovery, 1x Quickness, 1x Match Practice, 1x Attacking this is enough. No need for friendlies
