what do I look for in the medical centre when it comes to fatigue?
I will test it out, I have a CAM with pretty good attributes but he is not made to play as a shadow striker.
Edit: Whenever I play the tactic, it works pretty good, however my CAM is always lost on the pitch and often does not get much involvement when playing this formation, which is weird because he is my best player by a big margin, I want to make him more engaged on the game.

Just wondering if like his, you have any specifics for mentalities home and away, play for set pieces etc. I like Fanecas tactic because it had good instructions for home/away games in regards to mentality, rotation and tactical tweaks i.e. play for set pieces. Do you have some similar guidance for this one? What if you have fixture congestion, will lowering the tempo or setting mentality lower help etc? I'm guessing no OI's either which is fine Please let me know!

I will add a description with all those information in later patches, since this can become obsolete in a couple of weeks and I didn't have time to test those things yet. What I can say is that playing for set pieces doesn't do much good to this tactic (despite it scoring a lot from set pieces), and that you can lower tempo one tick as well as pressing intensity if your team has low stamina. If you are winning by three or more goals, you can change mentality to cautious, set waste time often, stay on feet, slow pace down and tempo to neutral or lower. This will allow you to save some energy.

Change mentality to Cautious after winning 1 goals seem to help a bit. A lil bit shame when Ronaldo was out for the last 1 month. If he didn't injured, We could have score more than 160 goals

It says "fatigue" very clearly in one of the columns (I guess it only shows for players at risk).

It depends on the league, but go for fast players, with high pace and acceleration, for all positions including defenders.
