This is NOT my tactic, but it really deserves recognition and to be tested. I found it on the Fm-gamers website where its one of the top tested:

If this is not allowed then im sorry, and if the real creator is on this website then i beg forgiveness.
It looks like a tweak of zaz´s tactic, a 41122 but with inverted wingers, 2 AF - but i dont know if it is. Just that it plays well, scores a lot and has been solid for me.
1. I usually start out with this tactic but change to zaz 4.0 if needed.
2. I personally added the force opposition outside and now trying to add the zaz set pieces.
future: Also would like to try it with the cm moved to AMC as in the zaz 4.0 version.
I have only tested if for 15 or so games but just thought it deserved recognition - can it be tested?
ps. al credit goes to the original creator whom i havent been able to find - and if s/he sees this then well done. And if you would like me to delete the post then i will off course do it.
