Hi,
442 strikerless is a medium intensity tactic, based on some principles used by Simeone in Atletico Madrid 2013/14:
1)low possesion
2)counterattacking football
3)442 shape
4)attackers engaged in a defensive phase of play
For sure, this tactic could be more efficient, but i wouldn't like to give up its original shape and style. Every criticism is appreciated. I would like to develop and improve this tactical setup.
Player requirements for selected roles : CWB - work rate, crossing and stamina, CB(l) - tackling, marking, jumping, heading, DLP - tackling, positioning, vision, BBM - finishing, off the ball, WM - work rate, crossing, SS (mostly retrained fast strikers) - acceleration, pace, off the ball, finishing, player trait - moves into the channels.
No OI used.
