Prometheus 2.5

This is my first attempt on FM23. Great results, amazing attack ( Your strikers will score like crazy), with solid defence.
Tested: Multiple runs with Arsenal and Atalanta on Holiday NO transfers NO Editor used.

This is a tweak of roles in the Midfield - Scores more and concedes more

Changes:
1. Play out of defence & Work the ball into box Removed
2. Play at both flanks ticked ON
3. Get stuck in & Lower the Defensive line Added
4. Mentality changes to Balanced

Corsair IF 1.2 Based on Corsair IF 1.1


Changes:
1. Higher Defensive line

Changes:
1.2Vol instead of 1 and "Mark tighter" to both ticked on
2.CWB(s) instead of WB
3.2 Strikers ID instructions changed

Prometheus 2.1 Light

The Essentialist variation of the tactic.

Changes:
1. "Tackle harder" removed across all positions
2. "Shoot less often" removed across all positions
3. Both Vol instructed only to Mark tighter
4. In Possession Instructions only "Pass into space"
5. In Transition "Distribute Quickly" ticked off & instruction to distribute to Center-full backs ticked ON
7. Out of Possession Instructions: "Ge Stuck In" ticked ON

Changes:
1. Play out of defense and Work ball into the box removed
2. Lower Defensive line
3. Focus play at both wings ticked ON
4. Mark tighter Removed at all players except 2 VOLs

Changes:
1. Play out of defense Removed
2. IF in Support
3. Higher Defensive line
4. Mark tighter Removed at all players except 2 VOLs

2 games are not enough to get a good view if works or not. Anyway feel free to share your results ☺️

Maybe you chose the wrong team, gave a bad team talk, got fm'd etc etc. I don't know the testing results of shouts, but I use then throughout games to keep my players happy and motivated.

I would persevere with this tactic, especially as you are using the same team as the creator and see how it goes. Three games is nothing and hey it's only a game.

Same problem here, not only on two matches, you Can have Amazing results and awful game, very irregular, dont know why

The Corsair has been working great for me, I've played 10 matches and got 10 wins.

In my Brentford tests Prometheus performed the best so far. Both on finishing position and points.

I had 2,3 better runs with prometheus but further testing is required. AsThis hasn't being tested in Fm arena I recommend to use Corsair.

I don't expect to be better. After further testing, I found out that it lacks stability. Few seasons amazing good results and on others not so good. We will see though

Chill out a bit. We are lucky to have some amazing tacticians on this forum. I doubt the ones consistently making good tactics want to rush them out or not entirely happy with them. Patience is needed
