It is a 442 W Diamond formation with a balanced mentality. I had great success on my tests with Arsenal using this formation and I believe that it is totally viable and a fun tactic to use. Without any further ado I give you Morpheus

I think the key is inverted feet on the IWB right and left, I use in my save and works very well.
