Marauder #4

As @kjarus  noticed - https://fm-arena.com/find-comment/16843/; I tried to beat the 4222 that's been the meta throught the following aspects:

- On offense we aimed occupying channels with 7 players (instead of 6)
- On defense we aimed tracking back with 7 + GK players (instead of 6)

As we know it worked with XMas! The same logic could be applied to the 343/433/41212 but there are many tactics with these shapes being tested alrdy by other ppl.

Now my main goal is to develop a tactic that will aim:

- On offense we will occupy channels with 7 players (again!)
- On defense we will track back with 8 + GK players (instead of 7+ GK)

Thereby, I present u guys Marauder #1:

This is a 1-5-3-2 based on the same space occupation logic behind XMas, but applying the team instructions that are in the most sucessfull tactics on the table that are using CWBs/WBs as key roles for them.

My intend with this is to create a reliable tactic with better defensive stats than the current meta, mantaining the offensive performance at same time!

Hope I can be sucessfull in my task! Again!

Spoiler Hint: WBs (A) are a key role here. James managed to get 36 assists during the season! Choose someone STRONG for this positon.

Suggestion: CM (A) role with the trait: "Get further foward" + Attributes: pace, acc, anticipation, concentration, off the ball, finishing, work rate, smatina, dribbling, determination. This role got me 17 gols during the season.

Warning: FM23 ME seems to be punishing pivots in terms of fatigue. So, tactics like XMas tends to being more reliable on this aspect. Be aware to rotate ur CMs and substitute them properly.

Warning2: This is not a possession based tactic. This is direct football through the flanks! Rock and roll football!

Principally looks similar to Guardiola's ManC tactic with the exception of AF being traded for an Attacking Midfielder role, though this may work better

Changes made to the base tactic:
- Shape changed (14132 now)
- XMas_twked3 tactical instructions added
- Cleaned alot of useless PIs, added a  minimalist approach with tackle harder for everyone and pass short for the attacking roles
- ZAZ set pieces routine added

For me Coadrianse 3.0 is the best tactic atm, I decided to fit his instructions on my Maurader #1 532 mess XD

Changes made to the base tactic:
- Shape
- Roles (alot of them as u may see comparing the prints screens)
- Alot of crazy PIs
- Coadrianse 3.0 tactical instructions with much sorter added (1 touch fuzzball on the way)
