They do different things,regards about who is better i can't tell it for sure because i should test the same tactic with the roles. And i trust only results coming out trough this server-machine, but since i've really tested alot i decided to keep some "personal" test on hold.
In short for me are pretty the same and you can yes change those wings in whatever you like, the system is builded that you can the wings/wings back the way are more adaptable to your team.
You can tweak it and adapt to maximum full out your team potential.
Example You can play CWB and WB or one IW one IF,your team is too "weak on the center" you can change one vol to DM(D) need to test anchor for real to be sure about that as well.
Just giving you examples.
