Due to the unfortunate nature of my naming convention, this tactic has to be named after Margaret Thatcher. However, unlike Thatcher, this tactic is rather fond of strikers. I've moved the two wide men further forward and made them IF(A). Set-pieces and majority of instructions from @Delicious
