This tactic is based on the 4213 Luskin Star tactic with the AM moved back to DM HB and the central ST moved back to a CM Attack. The original Luskin Star tactic was based on the Extreme Diamond Undervolt tactic by @Delicious.
I tested again with Bournemouth and Kettering. Bournemouth finished 4th and Kettering topped their league.
