We did an experiment on the Korean FM community About various tactics and formation
As a result, in FM2023 23.4 version , For 2DM and one-top, the highest efficiency was found to be the tallest striker, such as the target striker

TF and AF are pretty the same on perfomance but if you like the focus on one striker I like spot TF and height is important but idk how much important it is but I am big fan of cows since always
