An updated version of this tactic.
Trying some new combinations of PIs and roles.

Changes:
Roles and Duties:
  - SK(At)  -->  G(De)
  - BPD(St & Co)  -->  CD(St)
  - WM(Su)  -->  WM(At)
  - AM(At)  -->  AM(Su)

Tweaks on all PIs.
