Attached you´ll find my 3412 tweak tested with Werder Bremen in German Bundesliga.
It won the League the first season and the result looks fine.
Will upload more variations of this in order to test it.
The tactic is based on the 3412 Italian Magic by @Delicious also set-pieces etc are from this tactic.
No OI´s were used.
