Same as 'Spengler 4222 III' except:

- Balanced mentality
- 'Dribble more' and 'Take more risks' PI on all outfield players
- Removed 'overlap left' and 'focus play down the left'
- Removed 'Sit narrower' from IF
- Removed 'roam from position' from PF
