Same as 'Bryson 4222 III' except:

- Added focus play down both flanks
- Added 'Overlap left' and 'underlap right'
- Added 'Hold up ball' to AM
- Removed 'Dribble more' from AM, AF, RGA and VOL
- Removed 'sit narrower' from IF
