Hi,
This tactic is a tweak of @Delicious's 4231 Extreme Volts XX tactic - https://fm-arena.com/thread/4371-4231-extreme-volts-xx/
I did a small tweak, changed the duty of the Inside Forward to Support.
All credit should go to @Delicious for his amazing work!

Just imagine, in real life central defenders scored 40 goals in a season, that would be insane

If my memory serves me he's got in his contract a 100M release clause.
So if you want to keep him then you need to offer him a new contract without a release clause.

I think you know the answer to your question.
FM is about Acceleration and Pace, and it doesn't matter what tactic you use.

It's hard to be a Target Person in FM...oh well at least I can use them as corner kicks targets

That number is crazy because in real life most strikers score less than that

played by myself, almost all season with this tactic except a few matches
I consider this as very good for Villa
and I don’t even take in consideration that I failed winter period due to lack of rotation

I just got him in my save, let's see what he is capable of.
This tactic is the best 4231 that I've tried in the new patch

Hi! I ended my season with Marseille with 103 points for 34W/1D/3L and winning the Europa League.
I just completed the squad in August with Woo-yeong Jeong from Freiburg and with Alex Scott in January from Bristol
Terrible at making tactics myself, don't have the patient. Been waiting for one that works really well with new patch and that's a real tactic (too many weird ones).
My only gripe is the very unrealistic corner routine, which obviously is a huge exploit. How will the tactic work if I remove the routine? Is corner goals what makes this tactic?
Or are there similar good tactics like this, but withough corner exploit?

That's a quite funny question. How do you think?
If you make the corners to be less effective then the tactic also will become less effective. Seems quite obvious too me.
