Variant of Red with positive mentality and more direct passing. Blue 1.0 is outdated. For better results, use Blue 2.0.
Blue 1.0 tactic and results are shown below.
Holiday 1-20th tested on Premier League:
Blue 2.0 changes:
- Tempo set to "Extremely High"
- Removed "Get Stuck In"
- Removed "Run At Defense"
- Added "Roll It Out"
The description and results of Blue 2.0 are available at:
https://fm-arena.com/thread/884-zaz-blue-2-0/
Leave a comment below if you liked the tactic and make sure to share your results. Enjoy!
Not sure if just me, but positive mentality seems to work better than attacking right now. Strikerless is definitely a thing too, which make me wonder if offside trap is just not good in this patch, with more goals happening on through balls.

positve is definitely better atm. i feel offside trap is a better way of defending but only if the whole defence is quick, if not dont
I want to see the results of this, since it feels better than ZaZ - Red. I wonder how many tactics are ahead in the schedule.
Good results, tactic seems to be a bit more suited for more advanced teams and the defense seems slightly worse in comparison to Phoenix

Thanks for testing. I usually play with weak teams from lower divisions, so the results don't reflect what you could get from teams like Liverpool or Real Madrid. Holiday tests are also a bit deceiving, so it's nice to have other people try it or test it here.
This also gives me a hint that Red is better overall, so I can focus on trying to optimize that tactic instead.
@ZaZ Surprise xD
I had forgotten that this was still to be tested. I have 3 main branches of strategy: Red (high tempo, short passing, attacking), Blue (Normal tempo and passing, positive), and Green (low tempo, direct passing, attacking). I was focusing on Green since I couldn't find ways to improve Red, but now I will go back and explore Blue a bit.

Predicted 19th. Still able to secured a playoff to Serie A !
Got a variation of Blue that is basically a mix with Green. It worked pretty well on the holiday test, so I think it might be an improvement. @Zippo, should I start a new thread or it's fine to post just here?

Hi,
It doesn't require creating a new thread. You just can edit the opening post of this thread and add the tactic and info about it.
Please, notice that we've already tested 3 of your tactics that use 41320 formation so there's a low chance of seeing another of your tactic that use this formation is tested.

Thank you for the reply. If it won't be tested, then I won't worry so much about it.

If we see that some tactic is getting great attention and very positive feedback from the community then we'll test it no matter what so if you think this tactic is really something special then you should make it as visible as possible for people to try it so putting it at the opening post or creating a new thread for it is a good idea otherwise it could lost between the comments.

I believe it's an improvement, but it's hard to say without an unbiased test. Gonna wait for the usual tests from @healmuth, then if it shows more promise than Blue, as I am seeing in my random play, then I create a new topic. Thank you for clarifying how it works and I hope I am not putting much work on you guys.
testing now. Will run a couple before posting
Alright, ran three tests which should give some statistic stability at least (240 games)
Overall, the tactic is very good for stronger teams and has a good balance of attacking and defending. When looking at mid-table teams with CA140 or less, this tactic does not work as well as some others and is conceding too much. While offensively it still works very well, it really starts to struggle in the back.
I would say this is as good if not better than ZaZ Red for better teams but definitely worse for mid-and low table teams.
Averages
Position CA165: 1
Position CA140: 17.6
Goals CA165: 193.33
Goals CA140: 178.33
Conceded CA165: 70.33
Conceded CA140: 174.33

I wasn't expecting such a thoughtful report. Thank you! I will check if it can be improved further before creating a new post. I think it will work even better with a DM instead of DLP, to give some stability to the defense.
I have now tested Zaz-Blue and what results it has created!
all matches are played on holiday
- teams I was
Tottenham
Aston Villa
Brighton & Hove Albion
Fulham
West Bromwich Albion

The screenshots is too small, I can't see anything
unfortunately do not know how to make it bigger

You uploaded your screenshot on this site - https://imgbb.com/. It looks like initially your screenshot was small or it might be that that site made it to be small after the uploading... anyway why don't you just upload the screenshot here as an attachment?

Thank you for testing! It's good to see that you can win the league in holiday mode with any of the big teams, and get good results even with minors. Results are even better when you manage the team yourself, keeping the players in good shape and their morale high.

As a side note, when you put five teams with the same strategy, or 25% of the league, you end up reducing the amount of points that each team could achieve in a normal league. That happens because they end up taking points of each other, when in normal conditions the team with a better tactic could have a better chance to win. For example, maybe Tottenham would smash the other four teams, but ended up getting a draw or loss against them away from home.

agree, however, it is still some wild results with all the teams
now I try the tactics of in a new league, this time in Turkey 3 division.
I play all the matches myself, the players are not the best.
@healmuth, when you have spare time, can you test team instructions work ball into box vs. Hit early crosses vs. None? They are giving me very similar results, which makes me wonder if they make any difference at all. Actually, I am getting slightly better with early crosses, scoring more goals. (I am testing on blue strategy, without any other changes)
ill give it a try but probably wont get to play much till tomorrow
This is crazy though
