Have you tried inverting duties on the left flank i.e. WB (at) and IF (su)? Should work well with a DM (de) on the same side and maybe help adding more width (if necessary)
Looks similar to the excellent Wide XMAS Tree (also by Blau), with two strikers instead of two AM plus lower defensive line. Wonder if results are better because of two strikers or lower line
Good to see different shapes performing well in tests. Quality IF's are too expensive and don't even perform that well for me so I welcome this formation

Good to know! Quality Full backs are always hard to find in FM23 so re-training other positions will be a good option and it's easier without crossing
What about 2 F9s and one central AF?
Retrain as IWB or DW when possible, otherwise sell
FM is about Acceleration and Pace, and it doesn't matter what tactic you use.
It's hard to be a Target Person in FM...oh well at least I can use them as corner kicks targets
