Thanks for your effort @harvestgreen22 <3 Would you mind testing how a single session of set-piece and/or team bonding would affect the results, especially with the lighter sessions like Y6? I'd imagine something like that could be the best of both worlds in terms of development, match fitness and other benefits. But it could also be quite detrimental to the player developement.
Working on tactics that don't use DMs / tripple strikers that work well in PVP. This version worked as well in various PVP scenarios as some of my other three at the back systems. Might not be optimal for these test cases, as it doesn't have the "Invite Crosses", "Get Stuck In" and "Pass into space" stuff turned on, which usually benefits the results here (but not so much in PVP).
Looks a bit crazy, but since HBs are essentially a "reverse Libero", it's really not that far from the 3-4-3 with libero. Even stronger in the offensive, but will concede a lot.
This time using the very successful libero version as basis. Instead of having the middle CD move forward, he will stay back now. Consequently, we don't want to enforce buildup through a libero. Test run got extremely unlucky, easily #1 in the xG table, but hey, that's FM.
I can recall that in previous iterations of the test leagues, the AI teams had names like "Best 4-2-3-1 AI tactic" or something of that sorts. When testing this tactic:
It seems to struggle quite a lot versus AI Team 1, while being very good against the others. I'm now wondering which tactic this specific AI is using. I was not successful searching the site for this info, can someone (I guess @Zippo?) tell me which one that is? Also, is this test db available somewhere? I would love to get a three-at-the-back system in the 4-stars-range
The Libero shouldn't move out of position as much and plays slightly safer passes. Also focus the build-up more on the Libero + 2x VOLs, this allows the WBs to move more freely on their wings. KoS appears to be working better with great stikers, although I suspect in these test cases, they might work better on PF.
