Machismo
Players available for U23 & u18.  Do you guys have a general rule for this?  I set all to 45 mins UNTIL FIT.  Is there a better approach??
Is there a benefit in personally attending Press Conferences or just send in the Assist?
1) My BPDs Any "NEW TRAIT" to add to their skills for Zaz Red?
2) My DM Any "NEW TRAIT" to add to his skills for Zaz Red?

All are 'trait-less' at the moment.
Just started a new save.  I cannot praise/warn a player for his LAST GAME.  Only choice is training / conduct.

What do I have to tick or untick to get my voice back?
BLUE's default is set to POSITIVE where as RED is set to ATTACKING.  I recall for BLUE you were sure POSITIVE was the most effective overall.  So for RED (in this particular case BURNLEY) leave the default as ATTACKING or change to POSITIVE mentality?
Do you guys do all the contracts yourself or use a General Manager?
RE- CA/PA is it most important or in say Premier league is a swift player with only CA 130-139 good enough to compete well in EPL?
How many weeks needed to gauge a player on trial?
I can't prove it but the teams positivity/enthusiasm drops in-game when the lads from the Team Leaders group are dropped from the match.  No team leader seems to result in a poor performance e.g. a boring draw where one would expect the boys to give the other team a damn good thrashing.

And while talking about leaders how can I improve leadership trait in a player?
YORK > 3rd season > round 1 Skybet 2

Time to select my team for the match.  Most of my best are unregistered.  Been going on vaction thru pre-season & read the week's mail each friday.

How can I register them or am I off to the job center to find a new team?
Can you remind me about in-season training.  I downloaded but haven't read any thoughts, comments.  In-season training -  Is switching to in-season 2nd year for every team in 2nd season or is it for elites only?  I'm York 2nd season in (Vanarama Nat.)
Pre-season friendly - York vs Gainsborough.  York leading 11-0.  Finally the boys in blue score. 11-1.  Striker grabs the ball and races back to the kick off spot.
Learning a new trait - my mob are down in the Vanarama zones playing ZaZ Blue.  Generically speaking what "new trait" would suit each positional role to learn?

e.g. Def. winger > hug touchline or come inside, etc?
This one - Odysseas Spyrides -striker free transfer.  Retrained to SS.  Over achiever in training.  Reacts positively to pats on the back.  Always puts in a good game.  Top scorer.  Vanarama leagues.
We are Concord Rangers.  Promoted to Vanarama National.  Season's getting into winter.  My Team Captain is a Center-back from Grenada in the West Indies.

He's played one game for Rangers so far this year.  And that was as a sub.  For the rest of the time he's off playing on international duty.  Nice work if you can get it.
Concord Rangers were a happy squad in Vanarama south pleased with me & using Zaz blue lying 2nd and looking good.  Switched over to Zaz Red & went on vacation Jan-Mar.  Returned to find the team in a shambles.  Now been back in charge for 6 games using RED.  Losses interspersed with the odd draw.  Visually they look nothing like the old smooth looking Zaz blue team.  I hate them all.  and the assist Man.
Wish there was a punch-him-in-the-face button.  my moral is now sinking with them & I just abuse them in the change room and swear at them in the shouts.
We're lying fifth thanks to zaz blue's early points.  And should creep into the play-offs.

Concord Rangers were tipped to finish halfway.  But truly Red's killing me.  But I'll persevere with Red.  What to do to win promotion come the play-offs?  It's now April 12th.
Mark said: I like the idea I read about last year, of managing the club nearest to where you live. .......I live in Canberra Australia closest club Macarthur FC A-League, ......

Don't know what's more criminal.... Canberra not having a team in the A-league or ACTerian supporting a Sydney club.
Is Zazz Blue suitable for Vanarama north?
Excluding the elite clubs and those close on their heels behind them what have been your most enjoyable /favorite saves?  You know - those less than EPL LaLiga Serie A etc?  In other words a rags to riches tale.
From watching my matches I prefer the BPD/DM guy - defensively skilled DM.  They can pass as good a midfielder with the bonus of jumping to block a ball by heading.  Visually this to me comes across as a serious bonus in a DM.
