hey, you probably can use it, but from my experience, this is what i do:
promote your best newgens and/or youth prospects to senior team and make them available for u18 (or u21 if they are over 17) for 90 minutes.

This way, they train with the "big boys" and play matches in youth and B teams, but also you can give minutes in senior team to your best newgens from time to time in your cup matches against lower division team OR if you are leading 3-0.  One more thing that i found is that difference between coach with 10-15 and coach with 20 in "working with youngsters" is not significant. Just get best coaches for each category :)

Please note that from my experience, you need to give youngsters at least 30 mins per game if you want them to upgrade attributes.

Hope this helped you making some newgen beasts ;)
Hey @Gerrard , do you use different mentalities when playing difficult away games, for example against real madrid, barca and etc.? or do you use different tactics?

thx for answering and congrats for top tactic!
Hey @CBP87 , do you use different mentalities when playing difficult away games, for example against real madrid, barca and etc.? or do you use different tactics?

thx for answering and congrats for top 2 tactics! (different type of formation)
do you have any energy-saving version of formation?
hey, do you think it's worth adding the "work ball into box" instruction? Sometimes i have like, 22 shots and only 2-3 of them on target. It usually happens when i play as a favourite, for example coty vs bournemouth.
Delicious said: Yup,i will make a guide about it later on.

IF you believe your team is really stronger then the opponent, you can even play on attacking, but that will just make you vulnerable to their attacks.

okay man, thank you. Would you be so kind and tag me so I get a notification when you make a guide about mentality? :D
Delicious said: About mentality i can say just that :

Home : Balanced
Away : Cautious

If you're losing i would go VA

Positive seem useless at all this patch, i have to test attacking yet

Ok, so you think even if I play as Liverpool versus Bournemouth, you suggest mentality should be cautious?
Do you change the mentality of the team in different scenarios? for example, if you're losing, do you change the mentality to positive or attacking?
Do you change the mentality of the team in different scenarios? for example, if ypu're losing, do you chage the mentality to positive or attacking?
well that's something I've been wondering for quite a few years now.. @Ronaldo De Lima thanks man!
First of all, thanks for this tactic. It's really good..
I have only one question: I've disabled swapping strikers in the match. So, how do you recommend strikers to be chosen? Right striker without any instructions should be like a goal-poacher type of player and the left striker should be someone like Firmino, G. Jesus type of player?
Dino said: Since the 22.3 patch is now live on steam, I wanted to start an open discussion on the new patch with things people are seeing. I am excited to see if the dynamic youth rating is actually improved.

what is dynamic youth rating? would you mind explaining it to me? :)
good job with this tactic. love it because the AF scores a lot. would you also recommend other winger to convert him to IW instead of W or it would be too much presence in the box?

also, do you need left winger to be right-footed and right winger to be right footed? where do you put left footed wingers? :D
thx for answering
hey @ZaZ , first of all gratz on another top tactic this year :D
can you tell us please, what training do you use when it's time for international break?
also, does it make sense to do the individual focus(quickness) on each player even though he can't be develop more than he did, for example some older players?

I suppose we can still let them train quickness becuase they decline less than they would if we don't put them on individual focus ? thx for answering :)
How did you setup the training for this tactic? which attributes do you look for(except tall and fast people)?
good tactic babemocni.
Do you have any preferred training routines? also, do you use opposition instructions?
do you change to cautios mentality when playing against big teams like city, psg and etc.? thx for answering :)
do you have any training advices for this tactic?
expensive options: Mbappe, neymar, son, mane, hazard, aguero, rashford, gabriel jesus, martial, diogo jota, fekir, myron boadu, Haaland, Moukoko
mid options (about 20-25 millions): Alexis sanchez, Thauvin, jonathan bamba, marcus edwards, gabriel barbosa, donyell malen, patson daka,
cheap options : el shaarawy, marinho, jonathan rodriguez, juan guerrero.

i would recommend you to filter players like this:
pace, acceleration, agility finishing and composure at least 15

for wonderkids, use the same attributes filtering with at least 12-13 and, obviously, age of under 19-20 yrs old.
Solaris said: I find both positions should have high Acceleration, Pace, Agility, Dribbling and Vision attributes.

yes, ok, but that doesn't mean you can retrain for example Hakimi for DLP-S position, if you know what I mean :D
Rince said: You think in the right direction.

But for the SS positions it isn't necessary should be strikers, I find there are a lot wingers and inside forwards that do great as SS after retraining.

yep, that's right. Forgot about them :D
