Hi everyone.

I've been wondering, since strikerless tactics are not usual modern real-life tactics (except Man City), can you share you experiance which type of players do you use in those positions?

for example, zaz-blue (highest rated tactic on fm-arena) is using DLP-S on DM position and CM-AT on CM position.

In my opinion, on DLP-S you should use defensive-minded players like Kante, Florentino Luis, and similar while on CM-AT, you should use Attacking midfielders like Olmo, Phoden, Bruno Fernandes, Vlasic, Loftus-Cheek who tries killer balls often and gets into the opposition penalty area.

Of course, on SS positions you should use fast strikers retrained for SS positions.

Which players did you found to be very good at this positions?
Machismo said: I'm a dreadful Manager.  In the dressing room I just follow along with the AssMan's pep talk suggestions.  But on the sideline during the match I have to choose the shouts.  Whenever I shout I mostly wish I kept my mouth shut.

Give me some basic guidelines.  In what situation do I shout out what?

Before matches:
Before the match, use "i have faith in you" in combination with "pump fists" (dont know if it does make the difference  ).
if you are in a good run of won games and pundits are praising you, if it's available, using the gesture "point finger"  shout at your team : "this is the opportunity to make pundits right for praising you" or whatever it writes, I don't know since i'm at work :getlost:

if you are leading by only one goal on half time against weak or even teams, use "im not happy with your performance" using "point finger". If you are leading against your rival or tight match, use "I'm happy with your performance" using "raise hands" or "hands on hips".
if you are winning by two or more on half time, use "Dont get complacent" or "dont let your performance drop" using "point finger" so they dont get complacent.
if you're losing on half time, use second option available (don't know how it goes) using "thrash arms" :D

after the match, if you've won by one goal against weak team, use "i'm not happy with your perfomance, we need to be better against better opposition" using "point finger". if you've won by 2 or more, use "i'm delighted with your performance using "raise hands".

This works for me, with literally every team, whether it is Liverpool or Fulham :goofy:
I hope this helps you.

In match:

start on 10.min and use 2x encourage and 1 demand more as long as it's 0-0.

if you've scored a goal against big team, use praise for whole team.
if you've scored a goal against weak team, do nothing.
if you've scored a goal for 2-0, 3-1 and etc., use praise for whole team.

if opposition's scored a goal for 0-1, use encourage or demand more.
if opposition has scored another goal, use "berate".

that's about it, sorry for long post :(
can you show us how did you line up your starting XI?

playing grealish and barkley on ss or cm-at? I always wonder how do you line up in these tactics.
Why picking wb sup instead iwb sup? i've seen tha table, iwb works 0,10 better? same question stands for rpm on DM position instead of DLP-S? explain :P

i'm sorry mark, but.. what to do with that file?

hey, i have one more question. How do you manage tough away games at your rivals, for example in Champions league away knockout games? Do you reduce your mentality to Cautios or balanced or anything else? Also, do you have any suggestions for finishing the game when you are up like 2-1, 3-2 ? thx

off topic, which plugin for photos of players do you use?
Hi @Cyborg, thx for this overpowered goalscoring tactic :)
i wanted to ask you about positions.. how do you rate position attributes for this tactic? is it kinda similar to zaz tactic (only pace, acceleration agility and dribbling are important) or do you want other attributes in other positions to be good, for example, on CM-attack finishing, vision and passing? also, suggestions on player traits? thx
ZaZ said: Same for youth. If they don't get enough speed, they won't even have a spot in the upper team.

hey @ZaZ , since it's your schedules and your tactic, I've mentioned you in comment, but everyone else feel free to comment :)

You said earlier that youth teams also need quickness schedules, but in the "In-Season" training, there are few training sessions that include  bonuses for the upcoming match. In my opinion, there is no need for upcoming match bonuses in youth teams since it doesn't really matter if the youth team is 1st or 7th, at least to me :D
My suggestion is to change those "bonus" schedules into something else, do you have any suggestions?
We all want our regens to fulfill their potential, am i right?
good job mate, this tactic works like a charm! is there any advice for training and/or most important attributes for each position in this particular tactic? :)
also, do you score a lot of goals from corner, freekick etc.?
one more question. is it better to play strikers in SS position or AMC's? for example, is it better to play Dembele or Vlasic in SS position? i'm struggling to make things work for vlasic and that type of players..
