What tactic specifically did you run with each team in the tests or were they both rotating throughout the season? That 3331 looks interesting, one of my fav shapes
Wigo said: you ask me why am i expecting assist from roaming PLAYMAKER? anyway... ok you guys prove me wrong on that position... zaz is right, if whole team performs better then its ok! Expand
ZaZ said: I got really sick (probably flu), so I will only continue when healed, since I'm feeling really bad.
However, this tactic is supposed to overload one side, so it will definitely not be made symmetric. I plan to start changing W-At to W-Su or DW-Su, WB-At to FB-At and maybe Mez-At to SS-At. Expand
ZaZ said: I really think there is lots of potential in this tactic, this was just a raw version to see if the concept holds. I have just started testing some improvements on it and I believe it will get better. Expand
What roles and etc are under consideration to change if you can tell? Looking forward to the update I'll probably use this as my main 442
Great tactic though, lots of combinational play (the Troyes loss GK made a mistake and we hit the post twice, creating 3.08 xG and still not being able to score)
I've been playing with the second one, it's absolute chaos. Feel like my team basically dies out after one half but this is just a plug and play run in a test-ish save. Play is nice to watch.
Gaksital said: Regardless of what WBs' or DWs' mentality are, I also realized that they are essentially different in positioning when defense.
When i see the in-game positioning map after several tests, DW has never been in a lower position than WB when defense in any case. Expand
Yeah that makes sense, maybe if you used DWs on defend they'd be a better comparison but it'd impact the attack negatively which is a plus for the tactic (81 goals with Brentford is nice)
Any results? Not saying it's bad would just like to see a little bit more
When they make mistakes though, different story
Playmaking =/= assists

No worries, take your time with recovery

Also what type of profile do you think works better for the RPM? Better tackler or a passer if you had to choose
P.S.: Just added a version of Yellow with three Advenced Forwards, since it worked well in Orange.
Interesting, looks like all out attack is the way to go this ME so far.
