The tactic formation is a 4-1-3-2 and I tested on the new patch 2.2 with MAN UTD and Norwich.
I've made 2 runs on holliday and it showed really good reasults for both teams. A lot of goals and as it seems it works great for underdogs!!

Run 1 ( For both teams I created a short pass for corners) - Didn't work well

1. Change team instructions (Tempo,Offsite trap etc) 2. Indevidual instructions added/Removed (Mark tighter,tackling harder etc) 3. Role duties IWB(At) and Winger(Su) 4. Set pieces now include the "near post"
This version given me way better results - More goals scored- Fewer goals conceded

Changes:
1. Mentality to positive from Attacking 2. Role Changes ( Right flank different from left) 3. Team instrunctions added/Removed (Counter,tempo etc)

Tests from 3 Major leagues (1 big club/1 club predicted to finish at the buttom for each league):
I run this (Again on Holliday-No transfers) with PSG & FC Metz and the results are showing that it is great for underdogs as well. Metz was predicted to finish 16th and we manage to secure them a Europe position!
Good to here that. There is alot of potentional on this one. Let me know when you test it further how it went for you
