The tactic formation is a 4-1-3-2 and I've tested it with Man Utd on holliday winning absolutely everything with no transfers whatsoever.

I run this (Again on Holliday-No transfers) with PSG & FC Metz and the results are showing that it is great for underdogs as well. Metz was predicted to finish 16th and we manage to secure them a Europe position!
