Can confirm it is still a great tactic, feels like it got even better. I slightly tweaked it and could finally win UCL and EPL in my English youth-only save 😁
ZaZ said: The other negative is that FM22 keeps removing individual training for position when players get injured or after some unknown events, so you need to reassign it once or twice per season. Expand
I noticed that individual training for position is removed when all the following is true: a) you instaresult a game; b) the player is initially on the bench; c) your assistant manager subs him in; d) the position he is subbed on is neither his natural nor the one you train him for.
Got you. I have only one really short guy, a winger who is 162 cm tall, but his strength is 13, endurance 19 and work rate 20. Here is the best match result in the season so far.
Started using the tactic in the game against Leipzig, tactic familiarity was very low (played 4-1-4-1 before). Haven't conceded a goal since. Pretty solid, even though my whole squad are top-notch players, extremely fast and mentally strong.
I still don't understand how neither Balance nor Dribbling ended up in the table, while these are the fifth and fourth most important attributes based on the "important attributes" test from this site. Yeah, there is dribbling for AMCR(L) position, but that position is not presented in the tactic used for the test.
The VOID tactic is awesome, although it is not flexible with its "very attacking" mentality. The author of VOID claims that toggling the mentality down seriously affects the performance. So there is almost no way to keep the lead in tough away games, for example. Would love to see how this tactic performs in tests.
Finally I don't have to re-train my 3rd world-class SS! Only question I have is if you tested how main foot affects performance of left and right SSs. I put left-footed on the right and right-footed on the left in order for them to cross better from corners, but I see that they shoot quite a few shots with their weak foot and miss... Also, what about central midfielders' feet?

Recently, Cyborg uploaded a time wasting version of the tactic, which can be used to protect the lead.

Have you seen the formation of the time wasting tactic? It doesn't replicate VOID at all
