I wonder how the "Ability" / "Potential" star rating is calculated... does it have any relation with CA(Currect Ability) and PA(Potential Ability) or it's a different thing?

I'm creating a fantasy league where all players are very young and talented and I want them to develop as fast as possible but I'm kind new to FM so I don't know what attributes or any other things I should tweak to achieve that.

I want to add that I've got the pre-game editor and the in-game editor.
