No it was Not always like this , there were tactics working longterm and consistently , sure they had some hickups at times but they never became Useless once your reputation increased.
The results for favorite reputation really show us what this patch is about since before there were several tactics 150+ pts favorite and now to get even 120 is quite impressive. When you loose over 1/5th of your pts thats often the difference between winning throphees and mediocrity .
